The Life of an Admission Enquiry
Here is the exact journey your information takes from the moment you tap "Submit":
What You Submit
You fill out the admission enquiry form with basic details: student name, age, gender, guardian contact number, locality in Moradabad, and any notes for the coaches.
Secure Worker Validation
Your information is encrypted via HTTPS and sent directly to our secure Cloudflare Worker backend. The server re-checks that the applicant is at least 7 years old, the mobile number is valid, and required declarations are affirmed.
Turnstile & Anti-Abuse Checks
Cloudflare Turnstile confirms the submission is from a real person rather than a spam bot, without using tracking cookies. Rate limiting ensures the server stays fast and reliable for all visitors.
Stored in Cloudflare D1 Database
The validated enquiry is saved into our private Cloudflare D1 relational database. It is not stored in Google Forms, public spreadsheets, or external cloud disks.
Coach Notification & CRM Review
An encrypted administrative alert is sent to our coaches' email. Authorized academy staff log into our Admissions CRM to review your training requirements.
Direct Admission Follow-Up
A coach or administrator contacts the parent or guardian via telephone to discuss training schedules (Tuesday to Sunday, 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM), trial sessions, and physical registration details.
Our Privacy Commitments to Families
• We do not sell enquiry information: Your details will never be sold, leased, or distributed to tuition centers, athletic scouts, or advertisers.
• We do not publish student rosters: Minor applicants' names, phone numbers, or addresses are never published on the public website.
• We do not run advertising campaigns: We will never send marketing newsletters, commercial SMS blasts, or WhatsApp sales offers.
• We collect physical documents in person: When visiting Railway Stadium for registration, please bring a photocopy of the Aadhaar card and passport photos for physical records.
